 “No deal is impossible,” says Escrow Officer Dinah Heilmann. “There is always a way to make a deal happen if you get the right people involved.” This desire to find solutions and help clients throughout the process of buying or selling a home sets Dinah apart from other “closers.” Dinah truly enjoys the challenges involved in the escrow process and she strives to make sure her clients (Realtors, developers, builders, and lenders) are the ones who look good in the end. She appreciates the fact that the last impression of a real estate transaction, the closing, must be a positive and lasting impression. She enjoys handling all types of transactions from residential to commercial, subdivision development projects, land acquisitions, etc.
Born in New Braunfels, TX, Dinah has lived in the Schertz area her entire life. She graduated from Judson High School and has worked in the title industry for more than 30 years. Her pride and joy are her two daughters, Rachael and Renee. She spends her free time with family and friends, bowling and relaxing by the pool.
