In the Title Industry for 42 years, Frances has closed residential resale, refinance, home equity, construction, and commercial transactions. She stands apart from other Escrow Officers because of her genuine concern for her customers. Frances pledges to strive always to accommodate her client’s needs to the best of her ability.
Born and raised in Seguin, TX, Frances attended Seguin ISD and then Texas State University in San Marcos. While working on her college degree, Frances was employed by CMC Steel (formerly SMI) and the Bexar Country District Clerk’s Office. After graduating, she entered the title business where she has continued to assist people in fulfilling their desire to buy and sell property. She is married to Stephen Finch, and is a proud mother and grandmother who enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her large extended family. Frances also actively supports her community through involvement in Rotary, Seguin Outdoor Learning Center, Seguin Board of Realtors, Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, Humane Society, and FOLM (Friends of Lake McQueeney).
