 "No two days in this business are the same!” says Vice President/Escrow Officer Grace Joseph when asked what she likes best about her job. This ability to embrace change, to go the extra mile for her clients and their customers, plus her 16 years of experience in the title business set Grace apart from others in the industry. Born and raised in San Antonio, Grace gained experience in commercial insurance, advertising, and sales before entering the Title field.
Grace recently completed her Business Degree in Organizational Development at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio. In her free time, Grace enjoys traveling--especially to New York, Las Vegas and Hawaii, watching old film noir movies, gardening, and spending time with family and good friends. She is actively involved in the Community Outreach program of WCR, as well as other industry-related and community organizations. Grace was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Alamo Executives Association, the business networking group, founded in San Antonio in 1989. Grace knows the value of giving back to both her industry and the San Antonio community!
Grace expertly handles residential, commercial, construction, refinance, home equity, and reverse mortgage transactions. She is supported by Assistant Elida Krause. Additionally, Grace can draw on a local title plant staffed by some of the finest title examiners in the area, with data covering 8 counties in Central Texas, and relationships that allow Independence Title to take care of transactions anywhere in the state.
