Jodie is backed by a terrific assistant, Ruby Cortez, who is a great asset to Jodie and a favorite of the clients they serve. Jodie’s office is in the prestigious Westlake Hills area and is easily accessible from downtown, Northwest and South Austin.
The rest of Jodie’s support team includes a title plant staffed by Austin’s finest title examiners, with data covering 8 counties in Central Texas and relationships that allow Independence to handle transactions anywhere in the state. Independence is underwritten by every major national underwriter, with 23 closing offices stretching from Georgetown to San Antonio, as well as an office in Katy, outside of Houston.
Jodie is a native Texan who has 33 years experience living and working in Austin. She specializes in residential transactions and has closed sales from a few hundred dollars to $55 million – “Every transaction is important to the people signing those documents and that makes it important to me,” says Jodie.
