 Escrow Officer Laura Rauch enjoys helping customers make the biggest purchase of their lives. She has lived in the New Braunfels area for the past 32 years and she delights in helping the people she knows to buy and/or sell real estate. Additionally, Laura’s expertise is often utilized by the city and State, so she has an active role in the development of the area she calls home. She has 15 years of title industry knowledge and is assisted by Linda Hunter, who has been in the title business for the last 6 years.
As a Residential Closer for Independence Title’s New Braunfels’ Branch, Laura is backed up by a local title plant, local abstractors/examiners, 12 national underwriters, advanced technology, and more than 23 offices spanning the area between Georgetown and San Antonio. With relationships throughout the state, Laura has the ability to close almost any transaction in Texas!
Laura is married to Harry Rauch and they have one daughter, Ashley. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and pets, gardening, and watching outdoor sports. She is also actively involved in the Board of Realtors and WCR.
