“I have worked in every department within the title industry,” says Escrow Officer Laurie LaSarge, “and this experience has given me the background and knowledge to fully understand what is required in order to have a successful closing.” Whether the transaction is residential, commercial, land development, new construction, or refinance, Laurie embraces the challenge and enjoys the fact that every file presents a unique situation and an opportunity to help. Laurie has worked in the title industry for 29 years, 15 in the San Antonio area. She currently supports Independence Title through her efforts at BoatnerHamad Law and Title, where she works with fellow Escrow Officer Stacey Dimmitt and attorneys Damon Boatner and Nancy Hamad.
Although born in California, Laurie has lived most of her life in Texas. She graduated from Richard King High School in Corpus Christi and attended Texas A&M University. Laurie is married to Harold LaSarge and together they have rescued and taken four dogs into their home as part of their family.
