 To Mary Blanck there is a tremendous sense of accomplishment when you help others and make them feel comfortable, happy and enjoy their experience with the transaction. Mary enjoys putting her twenty-six years of escrow experience to work for her clients. She has a vast knowledge of the title industry and experience in handling a multitude of transaction types from commercial and commercial land development to lot sales, re-sales, and refinances.
Born and raised in good old Austin, Texas, Mary prides herself on knowing the community and its people. She is actively involved in the city and its development, and has served on the Dripping Springs Chamber Board and as the President of the Parent Teacher Association. She worked in the Mortgage industry as a closer prior to the title industry.
She delights in helping her customers reach their goals and treating them the way she would want to be treated.
Mary is assisted by Marla Favors who adds almost ten additional years of industry experience. Mary and her team work from the Dripping Springs Office.
