 Terri Talley Nassour is a third generation title professional, born and raised right here in Austin, Texas. She specializes in commercial real estate and has over 30 years of real estate experience, including 11 years in banking and over 20 years in the title insurance industry. She began her title career in title examination and has enjoyed being a commercial escrow officer for the past 12 years.
Terri has closed nearly every type of commercial transaction, including SBA, Bonds, Tax Credits, Defeasance, construction, sales, refinances and multi portfolio transactions all over the US, the largest being $250M. She is a board member of the Real Estate Council of Austin, Inc. (RECA) and a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). In her free time Terri enjoys supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Texas, YMCA Partners of Youth and Foundation Communities.
Terri’s assistant, Christi Harrah has 7 years in the real estate arena, including legal and title insurance. The rest of Terri’s support team includes a title plant staffed by Austin’s finest title examiners, with data covering 8 counties in Central Texas and relationships that allow Independence to handle transactions anywhere in the state. Independence is underwritten by every major national underwriter, including Alamo, Chicago, Commonwealth, Fidelity, First American, Lawyers Title, Stewart, Ticor, Title Resources and Westcor.
