New Certification Program Recognizes Title Insurance Professionals
AUSTIN, TX, APRIL 21, 2009 – The Texas Land Title Association (TLTA) is proud to announce Zana King with Independence Title Company has successfully completed the requirements and passed the examination to earn the following professional designation CTIA - Certified Title Insurance Associate. Zana King joins thirty three other title industry professionals to become TLTA’s inaugural class of certified title insurance professionals.
To become certified, a candidate must meet certain eligibility requirements in work experience, education and professional involvement, and successfully pass an examination.
Each designation represents a measure of achievement and proficiency in the Texas title insurance industry and distinguishes these highly motivated individuals.
Founded in 1908, the Texas Land Title Association has over 2500 members including title insurance underwriters, agents and professionals, who serve and protect the consumers of Texas through the safe and efficient transfer of real estate.
