Paragraph 6 of the One to Four Family Contract is one of the most important paragraphs of the entire contract but is often misunderstood. This course will cover each section of paragraph 6 in detail. After attending this course, you will have a better understanding of the title policy, deleting the area and boundaries exception, timelines for the title commitment, best practices for surveys, how to properly use objections, and the importance of title notices.
