Agents also learn how to identify new colors that coordinate with their client’s existing palette, plus tips for estimating the cost of materials.

Home Design Trends: An update on current design trends to inform home improvement recommendations and decisions. We explore what’s trending in flooring, counters, cabinets, kitchen and baths, wall coverings, paint, lighting, and furnishings. This class will soon become an annual favorite with a hotly anticipated Home Design Trends report.

Contract Comparisons | Know the 1-4 Family Contract like the back of your hand, but get nervous when a condo, vacant lot, or acreage deal comes up? In this course we will use the 1-4 Family Contract as a reference point for comparison to the Condo Contract, Unimproved Property Contract and the Farm and Ranch Contract. This course is designed to identify each of the different paragraphs and explain what the differences mean. By the end of this course you will know which forms to use for each transaction type and how each of the forms is different from the 1-4 Family Contract.

Form Fundamentals | Forms, forms, so many forms! “Is that a TREC promulgated form? Is it a Texas Realtors form? Wait! Is that property a condo or a 1-4 family residence?” If you’ve ever asked yourself any of these questions this is your chance to get it straight in your head once and for all. In this course you will familiarize yourself with the forms available for use by license holders.
