Michele Turner – Dripping Springs

Escrow Officer Michele Turner has joined our team at the Dripping Springs office! Michele spent her early years in South Austin before her family moved to Lockhart, where she truly developed her love of small-town life. She and her husband had a brief stint in Vermont, then moved back to Texas and straight back to small town living in Kyle. She began her title career when she accepted a position as an escrow assistant and has been in the industry ever since.

When Independence Title opened its doors in 2005, Michele was one of the first to make the leap. She began work in our P-22 division, which supports fee attorneys affiliated with Independence Title. “I gained so much experience during that time,” she says. “I did a little bit of everything from helping them with files, to clearing schedule C items, and a lot of customer service. With all the support I provided, I decided to go ahead and get my escrow license.”

Michele began doing courtesy closings at one of our branch offices, and found she loved working directly with buyers and sellers. “I really enjoy being in front of people, putting everything together, and making the process as smooth and enjoyable for them as possible,” she says. “I find great satisfaction in solving problems and love the challenges.”

She lives in “beautiful Driftwood” with her husband and son and feels like the Dripping Springs office is the perfect fit. “I truly enjoy working in the Hill Country. I’m close to home and get to work and serve the community I love,” Michele says.

When she’s not working, she’s likely attending her son’s Livestock Show events, visiting the local wineries, or spending time with her family camping in the RV somewhere in the Hill Country or the coast.

When you find yourself near Dripping Springs office, please stop by and say hello to Michele!
